From 1994 to 2018 president of the International Orff-Schulwerk Forum, since 2018 responsible for the network of associated schools and institutions (ASI).
From 1961 to 2019 member of staff and since 1974 professor at the Orff-Institute.
Beyond teaching activities (children's classes, teaching practice with children and adults, pedagogy of Elemental Dance Education, supervision of Bachelor theses and most of the dance subjects), she was director and choreographer of the Institute's performance group "Musica Scenica", director of the Orff-Institute for 8 years, director of the Special Course from 1989 to 2004, director of summer courses and international symposia.
Chief editor of the magazine Orff-Schulwerk Informationen from 1993 to 2003, coeditor with Micaela Grüner of Orff-Schulwerk Heute from 2004 until 2019.
Guest teacher at several institutions and universities (Lecturer at the music therapy training: "Musica, Arte y Proceso" in Vitoria/Gasteiz, Spain; Post-graduate course "Dance Culture" at the University of Bern, Switzerland; International College for Creative Education and Artistic Therapies in Calw, Germany; 'TanzKunst in die Schule' of the Faculty of Sports Science at the Technical University of Munich; Master's programme: Performance Studies at the University of Hamburg, Germany.
Author of several books and numerous articles about Dance Education, Improvisation, Dance and other arts and Orff-Schulwerk. Editor of books related to the Orff-Schulwerk.
Choreographic works for stage, film and television.
Worldwide teaching activities at conferences and workshops in more than 35 countries in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australia.
