OF THE INTERNATIONAL ORFF-SCHULWERK FORUM SALZBURG

HAPPY 40th ANNIVERSARY TO ALL!

The International Orff Schulwerk Forum Salzburg (IOSFS), the Forum, celebrates 40 years of professional exchange, togetherness and support as a network of Orff-Schulwerk Associations and Associated Schools and Institutions and individuals around the world.

Based on the work of Carl Orff and Gunild Keetman, the Forum developed from the "Centre that was able to catch and satisfy the now worldwide interest and need for information“ (C. Orff). The Forum was founded as a centre in 1961, together with the training seminar  "Orff-Institute", and was registered as an association in Austria in 1984. The IOSFS continues to collect, document and publish international information about work with Orff-Schulwerk world-wide.
