On this extraordinary occasion, we would like to invite our members from all around the world to play a leading role in the celebration. We invite all to share submissions of various genres and styles. Options can be found below. Should you wish, you can participate in more than one option.

 

DEADLINES

Throughout the year there will be several occasions to share what our members have produced: on the IOSFS website, on the occasion of the next IOSFS Convention, or during an online event planned for next Autumn.

Because of that, we would like to set two different deadlines: 

• May 1st, 2024 - contributions might be presented at the Convention 2024 that will take place from the 25th to the 27th of June in Olomouc, Czech Republic.

• September 30th, 2024 - contributions might be included in the Resonances online event planned for the Autumn.

We set three different categories for members’ contributions.

OPTION 1:

WHAT DOES THE FORUM MEAN TO YOU?

What does the forum mean to you? Are there any special memories related to it that you want to share? We invite our members to share their memories and experiences with the community.

 

Should you prefer to share a written memory, please upload a document. Please consider that for editorial reasons, the Forum might share only an excerpt of your statement.

 

Should you prefer to share a video, the video must present the following features:

• Landscape setting

• High quality video (1080P)

• Duration: max 1 minute.

 

OPTION 2:

LET'S COMPOSE SOME MUSIC AND DANCE!

We invite our members to create music or dance to celebrate the IOSFS 40th Anniversary.

Are you up for it?  Say yes!

 

The video must present the following features:

• Landscape setting

• High quality video (1080P)

• Duration: max 5 minutes.

OPTION 3:

HOW DO YOU CELEBRATE?

How do you celebrate an anniversary? We invite our members to share videos about different ways of celebrating. It can be any event or tradition that is celebrated in a particular way: New Year's Eve, Christmas, birthday, wedding, coming of age, etc.  We can't wait to learn about the cultural richness of our community through your contribution!

 

The video must present the following features:

• Duration: max 5 minutes.
