1975 Bavarian State Scholarship for a two years course at the Orff Institute in Salzburg
Teacher at "Orff Model Schools" in Munich (1977 – 1983) and at the Orff Intitute (1983 – 1986). Director of the Music School Klagenfurt, Austria (1985 – 1989) and Teacher in Music Pedagogy and Elemental Music Education as well as Head of the Instrumental Education Department at the State Conservatory of Music Klagenfurt (1984 – 2005). Lecturer at the University of Music Viena (1992 – 2005).
Professor for Music Education and Early Childhood Music Education at MUSIKENE (“Centro Superior de Música del País Vasco”) in San Sebastián, Spain (2006 – 2019).
Guest Lecturer at the Orff Institute Salzburg (since 1984).
Visiting Professor at the Conservatory of Music Shanghai (since 1998) and the Central Conservatory Beijing (since 2000).
Teacher in the Orff Level Programs at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio (1990-93), Georgia State University Atlanta (2001) and San Francisco School/ Mill´s College San Francisco (2006).
Presenter at various AOSA and ISME conferences.
Orff-Schulwerk seminars and workshops in more than 30 countries.
Author of music educational programs for the Bavarian Radio Munich (1976 – 2004), the station, where Carl Orff and Gunild Keetman started their "Schulwerk" programs in 1948.
Co-editor (with Rudolf Nykrin und Hermann Regner) of materials for instrumental studies.
Co-author (with Erwin Reutzel) of working materials based on the music educational programs for the Bavarian Radio.
Numerous articles in publications on music education in Germany, Spain and USA.
